More about the certificate

1. The gift certificate is valid for three years from the date of purchase, following the Western Australian Consumer Law.
​
2. The gift certificate is not replaceable or refundable after the purchase or transaction is made. Only the receiver is eligible to use the certificate.

3. The gift certificate receiver has to use the certificate as a whole, it cannot be split or use in multiple course of treatments.

4. Same cancellation policy applies to the booking that's made to use the gift certificate. The gift certificate shall not be used to pay the cancellation fee.
