The gift certificate is valid for three years from the date of purchase, following the Western Australian Consumer Law.

The gift certificate is not replaceable or refundable in any situation after the purchase or transaction is made.

The gift certificate is only eligible to be used by the receiver.

The gift certificate receiver has to use the certificate as a whole, it cannot be split or use in multiple courses of treatments.

All cancellation made less than 24 hour, more than 3 hour period of the appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved services. Also, less than 3 hour notice of the appointment and a ‘No-Show’ fee equal to 100% of the reserved services.

Cancellation fee will be deducted from the value of the gift certificate. The remaining value can be still used.

If you are late to your service with no notice, more than half of reserved service’s time period, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee may apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
