Includes all technique and skill such as Deep tissue massage, Trigger point release, Myofascial release, Sports massage, PNF, followed by post treatment stretch & exercise guidance.
The therapist will tailor the most suitable technique to your needs.
Dry Needling Therapy
By using an acupuncture needle to stimulate underlying myofascial trigger points, muscular, and connective tissues for the management of neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement impairments.
